Working at Merpo Logistics Customer Service Planning Coördinator m/f Swalmen MBO 32/40 uur You are the link that connects planning, warehouse, drivers, carriers and customers. With your overview, energy and communication skills, our logistics process runs smoothly - every single day. As a Customer Service Planning Coordinator, you ensure information is accurate, processes keep moving and everyone knows what to expect. You work closely with the operations office and support the transport planner in the daily dynamics of our logistics operation. You keep oversight, switch quickly and make sure colleagues and customers can always move forward. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Processing transport orders- supporting the transport planner with incoming requests - Translating customer communication- converting it into clear instructions for planning and warehouse - Scheduling loading and unloading appointments- monitoring deadlines and adjusting when needed - Coordinating Warehouse and Cross-dock- especially in case of delays or exceptions - Monitoring transport progress- following up proactively and resolving issues - Communicating with customers- providing updates on shipments, deviations and solutions - Maintaining dossiers- ensuring smooth invoicing - Identifying bottlenecks- solving them independently or together with the planner - Safeguarding information flow- between all involved departments For this position, we are looking for someone with: - MBO-level education or equivalent - Experience in logistics or transport (preferred) - Accuracy and a structured way of working - Strong communication skills - Customer-oriented and engaged attitude - Stress resistance and quick decision-making - Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably a TMS - Good command of Dutch and English - Living in or near Swalmen At Merpo, you join a close-knit team with short communication lines and an informal working atmosphere.
