You focus on what really matters: leading people, improving performance and making the operation better every single day: you're on it. As a warehouse team leader, you are the connecting link between the warehouse supervisor and the operation. With your helicopter view, you know exactly what is going on, where bottlenecks arise and when adjustments are needed. You anticipate peak moments, safeguard the workflow and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time. You achieve this by: - coordinating and allocating daily activities within inbound and/or outbound; - leading, motivating and coaching your team; - identifying and resolving operational disruptions; - monitoring KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times; - acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.
