Specification Specialist 36 - 40 uren WO/Master HBO/Bachelor R&D Zwolle Your activities In this role you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our specifications database, the backbone of our product development and manufacturing processes. Together with a team of dedicated specialists, you will ensure that critical product information is accurate, complete, and always up to date. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as with suppliers and our international network of production sites. No two days are the same: one moment you are gathering and validating technical information, and the next you are coordinating with stakeholders to ensure specifications meet the highest quality standards. With more than 1000 specifications covering raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, finished products, and outsourced productions, your work directly contributes to the quality, compliance, and success of products that are trusted by families around the world. Last but not least, in this role you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization, as well as suppliers and our international network of production sites.
