As Team Manager Process & Manufacturing Engineering at PHIX, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of process- and manufacturing engineers responsible for developing, industrializing, and continuously improving advanced photonic assembly and packaging processes. In addition to providing day-to-day leadership, you will support the professional growth and development of your team members through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and capability building. Together with your team, you will drive process innovation and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring the successful industrialization and transfer of products and processes into production. As part of a fast-growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, development teams, and production operations, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement to deliver robust, scalable manufacturing solutions for next-generation photonic integrated circuit (PIC) products.
