About the function As a machine operator - 2-shift system, you will work in Purmerend. You make sure the production process runs smoothly. You start your shift by setting up the machines and preparing everything for production. During your work, you keep a close eye on the process, make adjustments where needed and work with your colleagues on the production line. You weigh, pack and label products according to clear guidelines, and make sure packaging materials are available on time. Quality always comes first: you carry out checks on oxygen levels, allergens, metal detection and product weights. You solve minor technical issues yourself and call in the technical team for larger problems. At the end of your shift, you clean the production line together with your team for the next shift. The work can be physically demanding and you need to switch quickly when issues arise, but you will always work alongside your colleagues.
