In this role, you work as an operator in a modern production company, with a strong focus on your development and a pleasant workplace. You choose your own shift and actively contribute to improvements. You receive good employment conditions and work with the latest techniques. About the function As an operator 2-shift, you and your team are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You set up the modern production lines, continuously monitor the process, and intervene when necessary. You weigh and package products according to strict guidelines and ensure packaging materials are replenished on time. Quality controls, such as measuring oxygen and allergen levels and checking metal detection and product weight, are part of your daily tasks. You also adjust and clean print and sticker equipment. You solve minor malfunctions yourself. At the end of each shift, you clean the line with your colleagues. In this company, you get to choose whether you work the morning or afternoon shift. The working hours you can choose from are 06:00 - 15:00 or 07:00 - 16:00 for the morning shift and 15:00 - 00:00 or 16:00 - 01:00 for the afternoon shift. Its either for parttime or fulltime (32 - 40 hours a week). The company is located in Warmenhuizen.
