You set up machines, monitor quality, and guide the team in a 2-shift system. Join a dedicated team in the food industry and help deliver high-quality products every day. Dit ga je doen As an Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and converting the production lines. You closely monitor the production process and immediately act when deviations or malfunctions occur. Your efforts ensure that our snacks always meet the highest quality standards. On a typical workday, you check the supply of raw materials, solve operational malfunctions, and perform test productions and quality checks. You also process data in the Patch system and instruct and support colleagues on the shop floor.
