Over het werk As a Production Operator, you'll set up and operate modern machinery while monitoring product quality and the production process. You'll make sure the right raw materials are available on time, keep accurate production records, and resolve minor technical issues yourself or involve the right colleagues when needed. During your 6-week onboarding period, an experienced mentor will guide you through the role, helping you become confident and fully independent. You'll start with a gross monthly salary of €3,246.21 and have the opportunity to grow to €3,627.92 gross per month, based on 37.5 hours per week and including shift allowances.
