This is an opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager to shape a major infrastructure investment within a highly regulated financial services environment, working directly with senior IT leadership, architects, engineering teams and external partners. - Amsterdam-based - minimum 3 days onsite - Lead a strategic 3rd Data Centre initiative from the ground up - Work across Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, Cyber Recovery and Information Security - High visibility with C-Level and senior IT stakeholders About the Role As Technical Project Manager , you will take ownership of the initiation phase of a major Data Centre transformation programme. You'll be responsible for turning business and technical requirements into a structured delivery plan and establishing the foundations for successful execution. Your focus will include: - Developing the business case and investment proposal for the new Data Centre and establishing the project charter, scope, schedule and delivery roadmap. - Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure & Platform Engineering, Information Security, Risk and senior IT leadership to shape the technical solution and high-level concept design. - Managing vendors, contractors, risks and dependencies while providing clear project reporting and executive-level updates. The role offers significant exposure to Data Centre transformation, IT resilience, disaster recovery, cloud and enterprise infrastructure within a global financial services environment.
