You will be the first point of contact for our guests in the morning, ensuring they start their day with a warm welcome and a great breakfast experience. If you enjoy early shifts, creating a friendly atmosphere, and delivering excellent service, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities - Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service - Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service - Serve food and beverages according to company standards - Keep the buffet clean, stocked, and well‑presented - Clear and clean tables to maintain a tidy dining area - Perform stewarding tasks such as washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the back of house - Receive, check, and store deliveries and orders following organisational procedures - Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams - Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines - Hospitality experience is a plus but not required - Positive, proactive, and guest‑focused attitude - Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage - Willing to work early mornings at 5:30! - Ability to handle both guest-facing and back-of-house tasks What do we offer you?
