Responsibilities - Create refined, high-quality pastry dishes - Prepare and present desserts with creativity, precision, and attention to detail, using both traditional techniques and modern equipment - Ensure the freshness, quality, and correct storage of all ingredients - Manage daily stock levels and assist with ordering to keep the pastry kitchen running smoothly - Prepare all elements of our pastry dishes from start to finish - Work closely with the team, supporting and inspiring colleagues to deliver the highest level of service Requirements - A true passion for pastry and fine dining - Experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury environment - Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven - Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment - Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit - Able to perform well under pressure - Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn What do we offer WHY THE AMSTEL HOTEL?
