ARCA, a restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, brings a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails to the city center of Amsterdam. We are looking to add a jewel Demi Chef de Partie to our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand. Are you the perfect match? • You keep your standards high.
