Your Role at a Glance In this function you will be part of the sales and organizing team. You will be responsible for both organizing and sales tasks, which will give you an all-round view of the sales department in the hotel. You will be responsible for checking the pending rooms, making the updates about the events during the morning meetings. Furthermore, processing handovers and keeping track of money related issues will be part of your responsibility as well. You will be assisting the organizers and sales managers in all their daily tasks, examples of this are; handling emails and phone calls from external parties, processing sheets and send them and checking commissions.
