This position is responsible to ensure that the end to end return of physical parcel flow is complete and correct data and order transfer between the systems is running as expected. Main Responsibilities Drive the day-to-day operational activities related to Post order operations by closely monitoring the E2E returns performance, across the Distribution Centers and the carriers. Initiate the right actions to ensure that the return services are meeting SLAs and escalate to management where required by providing fact and figures. This includes tracking return speed, return backlogs, email communication, ensuring that all return-related processes adhere to agreed timelines and commitments. Support day-to-day issue resolution for existing capabilities and features with operations and product teams, by identifying, logging, and tracking issues that impact the customer and return experience Validate data across systems and tools to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of information displayed. Ensure that all return-related metrics are correctly recorded and represented in the system, minimizing discrepancies across platforms.
