What can you expect The hotel has two bars, one being the lobby level "The Lobby Bar" and the Twenty Third Bar. Between 16:00 to 02:00 are both hotel and external guests welcome to enjoy a broad assortment of cocktails and champagnes, all whilst viewing a panoramic skyline. As a Bartender, you are responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Lobby and Twenty Third Bar. Your main tasks will be: - Suggesting new and creative ideas based on recipes which will surprise guests; - Welcoming guests warmly and attending to Dutch and international guests in the bar; - Taking orders, mixing and serving alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages to our guests; - Following the guidelines set in terms of safety and hygiene; - Maintain inventory control of all wines, beers, champagnes and ingredients used. Don't worry you will not be working alone. Besides working in your own team, you will also work with other departments in the hotel. Only by working together can we achieve the best results. You will work rotating shifts throughout a 7-day workweek, with times between 15:00 to 02:00. You will work parttime, 7.6 hours per day.
