As an Event & Communications Intern, you will support the Events Team with the organization and execution of various events, including: - Traditional gong ceremonies - Recording ceremonies - Workshops and training - Business meetings, lunches and dinners - Internal events such as the end-of-year party and family day - Round table meetings and webcasts You are responsible for the preparation and coordination of these events. This means working on guest lists, event schedules, logistical planning, presentation materials, and AV support, among other things. Additionally, you maintain contact with external companies and internal teams via email, phone, and chat to ensure everything runs smoothly. The events take place at our location in Amsterdam or at external venues.
