Your impact at HeadFirst Group As Senior Financial Controller, you will share responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the financial administration for our Dutch and Belgian entities. You will play an important role in the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes, while ensuring that financial reporting complies with IFRS standards. Looking beyond the numbers is an important part of this role. This means analysing variances, asking critical questions and translating financial information into clear insights for the Finance Manager and other stakeholders. Together with three other controllers, the Finance Manager and the Accounting team, you will identify and implement opportunities to improve processes. Although the role does not include formal line management, it does have a guiding element through sharing knowledge, supporting other controllers with technical questions and providing clear direction where needed.
