You advise on data strategy, reporting, data quality, and the responsible use of AI, while leading data migration and analytics projects. Working closely with technical colleagues, HR stakeholders, and IT teams, you deliver practical, data-driven insights and solutions in areas such as Equal Pay, employee benefits, and data maturity. In addition, you coach junior and mid-level colleagues and contribute to the further development of Highberg's HR Tech consulting services and expertise.
