You assist clients in configuring and strategically steering their IT to maximize its contribution to their organizational goals. This means analyzing the functioning of the IT organization, IT processes, and IT management at clients. Based on this analysis, you provide advice on the governance that fits the goals and characteristics of the organization, including the necessary roles for optimal IT support during their digital transformation. In this role, you bridge the gap between business and IT, clearly highlighting the challenges faced by both. You can act as an analyst, specialist, process manager, or information manager. It is a varied position where you perform different roles for multiple clients. Due to your broad skill set, you work alongside various specialists from the client and colleagues from Highberg.
