Core responsibilities - Plan and perform audit procedures, including risk assessment, testing of controls, and substantive testing. - Prepare and review audit documentation and working papers to ensure completeness and compliance with auditing standards. - Analyze financial statements and underlying records; identify issues, variances, and improvement opportunities. - Coordinate day-to-day engagement activities, timelines, and deliverables with team members and client contacts. - Draft audit findings, management letters, and sections of audit reports; support partner/manager review. - Coach junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
