You develop project and program plans, conduct environmental analyses, act as a results-oriented information advisor, or improve collaboration between various employees within a large organization in a project for which you are (co-)responsible. The topics with which you assist our clients in their transformation to an agile organization vary by project: from IT governance to data organization, process improvement, and digital innovation. This allows you to gain a lot of new knowledge in a short period. We utilize tailored methods such as (Scaled) Agile, PRINCE2, Agile Program Management, and MSP. Your role as Projectmanager Digital Transformation Even if you don't have much experience leading projects, or if you do but lack substantial IT knowledge: let us know!
