Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Information Security Officer (ISO) Lead and continuously improve the organization's information security program to protect systems, data, and operations while supporting business goals, risk management, and regulatory compliance. - Define, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned to recognized frameworks. - Conduct risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and drive risk treatment plans with stakeholders. - Oversee security governance, metrics, reporting, and executive communication. - Manage incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews. - Coordinate vulnerability management, security monitoring, and remediation tracking. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual security requirements. - Partner with IT and engineering on secure architecture, change management, and security-by-design practices. - Lead security awareness training and promote a strong security culture. - Support third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, and security assessments. Required skills and qualifications - Security leadership: proven ability to build programs, influence stakeholders, and set priorities. - Risk and compliance: experience with audits, controls, and governance processes. - Technical security: knowledge of networks, identity and access management, cloud security, and endpoint protection. - Incident management: hands-on experience coordinating investigations and response workflows. - Communication: clear reporting for technical and non-technical audiences...
