About the Role As a Test Engineer at BlueHeart Energy, you will be responsible for executing tests on our heat pump systems and components across multiple laboratory test benches. Testing is the core activity of this role. A significant part of your day-to-day work will consist of running tests, monitoring systems, adjusting test conditions, troubleshooting issues, collecting data, and ensuring tests are executed safely, accurately, and consistently. This position involves repetitive testing activities where precision, discipline, and reliability are essential. We therefore look for someone who enjoys practical laboratory work, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in generating high-quality and repeatable test results. The Testing team is at the heart of research and development and works closely with the R&D, Controls, and Engineering teams to validate new designs and technologies.
