Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst | Temporary Hilversum, reference 2026-00992 Job description Our client is looking for a Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst to join their team and contribute to the implementation and execution of company car and mobility benefit programs across EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of company car and transportation benefits across multiple countries, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. You will provide high-level support, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to delivering an excellent employee experience. You will work closely with various HR and People Solutions teams, including Payroll, Data Management, HR Systems, Advisory, and the Benefits Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the implementation and operational delivery of electric vehicle company car programs and home-charging solutions. - Managing end-to-end car and mobility benefits throughout the employee lifecycle, including lease car ordering, delivery, extensions, returns, and surplus management. - Acting as a key point of contact for employee and vendor queries related to transportation benefits. - Performing payroll reporting, eligibility checks, Benefit in Kind processing, and auditing. - Managing and monitoring vendor performance and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. - Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and employee experience. - Mapping processes and creating clear and accurate work instructions. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements, system integrations, and new benefit solutions. - Applying a structured problem-solving approach to internal and external business challenges and implementing effective solutions. - Supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes, syste...
