The ultimate Ciel Bleu experience is to exceed guests' expectations in terms of both food and service. As an Assistant Service Manager you will work closely together with the Service Manager and you are responsible for managing the team when absent . In this role you will work with people all over the world and you will provide excellent service to our guests with your team. You will be working with the finest products and top-quality ingredients, the award-winning wine list being one example. On the one hand, the focus is on training and developing the team to achieve constant improvement. On the other hand, you are the face and point of contact for our guests. Together we go the extra mile everyday, to create a culinary experience of the highest level for our guests.
