Marktconform Junior Amsterdam As a KYC Analyst at Saxo Bank, you support IAM client onboarding and ongoing due diligence for private and corporate clients, manage stakeholders, identify and escalate AML risks, maintain AML knowledge, and help review AML policy and quality gaps. Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid KYC Role purpose: Support financial crime compliance by performing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, ensuring accurate customer risk assessment and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. Key responsibilities - Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD checks for new and existing customers, including identity verification and beneficial ownership analysis. - Collect, validate, and document customer information and supporting evidence in line with KYC standards. - Assess customer risk using defined risk models, identify red flags, and escalate potential AML/CTF concerns as required. - Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening; analyze results and document rationale for decisions. - Maintain accurate case notes and audit-ready records within KYC systems and workflows. - Support periodic reviews, trigger event reviews, and remediation projects to address data gaps. - Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and onboarding teams to resolve exceptions and meet SLA targets. Required skills and qualifications - Experience in KYC, AML, CDD/EDD, or financial crime compliance within banking, fintech, or financial services. - Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to AML/CTF, sanctions, and customer identification programs. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clear, defensible case narratives. - Proficiency with KYC case management tools and screening platforms; solid data and documentation discipline. - Preferred: familiarity with beneficial ownership structures, corporate registries, and complex en...
