Lepaya is looking for an ambitious and recently certified Salesforce enthusiast to join the team for a 6-month paid traineeship. This is a dedicated learning path designed to turn a fresh certification into real-world expertise. You will be mentored end-to-end by Lepaya's Salesforce expert, starting with the fundamentals and growing into a confident Salesforce professional. The goal is to support your success and, upon successful completion of the traineeship, transition into a permanent role. What You'll Learn and Do This role is built around your development. You will: - Master Salesforce support by becoming the go-to person for internal teams and managing support requests such as user access, report fixes, and data updates from start to finish. - Start with small, supervised configuration tasks such as creating fields, page layouts, and simple flows, while learning the professional deployment process in a sandbox with expert feedback before going live. - Maintain a clean and efficient Salesforce environment through data hygiene checks and clean-up tasks. - Help keep user guides and the knowledge base current so colleagues can make the most of the Salesforce setup. - Progressively take on more complex projects, expanding your skills with constant support and mentorship as you grow into a confident Salesforce professional.
