IT Project Manager Werkzaamheden IT Recruitment is looking for her client in Amsterdam for an IT Project Manager . The main purpose is to setup a project organisation within the company to manage projects in more structured way in accordance with organisational policies and goals. The role is responsible to shape both the IT architecture for the next few years and to plan and conduct projects and manage the project portfolio. Duties and responsibilities (not limited to): - Create, manage and execute the project plan - Manage backlog (preferably with Azure DevOps or similar tooling) - Manage multiple projects side by side - Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements - Create and implement document control policies and documentation templates - Manage change, resistance and user adoption - Support the Department Manager IT, as necessary Job skills, experience and qualification: - Bachelors or a Masters degree - 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience - Risk, Data, & IT security savvy - Experience in international business context with distributed sales office location - Experience with Microsoft 365 technology & Cloud services - Experience with (ERP/CRM) business process (analysis) - Familiar with (J)Sox compliance & internal controls - Agile mindset & strong sense of ownership - Planning & organizing skills - Proactive communication & presentation skills - Proficient in English Functie: IT Project Manager Aanvraagnummer: 105316 Expertise: Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, J-SOX Regio: Amsterdam Startdatum: ASAP Duur: Tijdelijk of vast dienstverband
