We are looking for an Energy & Sustainability Manager Europe for the European Support Office of Collins Foods Europe in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sustainability ambitions in the Netherlands and Germany and make a direct contribution to our 2030 goals. What will you do? No day is the same. In this role, you effortlessly switch between strategy, project management, and stakeholder management. You play a key role in shaping and implementing the sustainability strategy for Europe and ensure that sustainability ambitions are translated into concrete results. You work on objectives in the areas of CO₂ reduction, waste reduction, and circularity, and oversee various sustainability and energy projects within our restaurants. Additionally, you collect, analyze, and report on ESG and sustainability data, providing the organization with insights into the progress and impact of initiatives. You are also responsible for energy issues and maintain contacts with external suppliers and partners. With your expertise, you advise management and other stakeholders on relevant developments, risks, and opportunities in the field of sustainability. Furthermore, you promote sustainable innovations within the organization, for example in the areas of packaging, sourcing, and operational processes.
