Under our CEO and co-owner Beni, we've grown into a €7 million annual revenue business with a team of almost 20, selling through both B2B and D2C channels. About the job Icetubs is ready for the next level, and we are looking for the CEO to take us there. The company will be yours to run: strategy, operations, commercial execution, all of it. The mission is clear: grow from €7 million to €25 million within five years and build an organization that can carry that growth. We expect your first 6 months to be about learning the business, the team, and the customer, adjusting where needed while delivering the current plan. From there you build your own strategy, bring your vision, and enroll the team behind it. You will lead our leadership team (Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, COO, CFO) and report to the board. a real mandate, with the company's history and knowledge one call away. What you'll be doing Grow the business - Understand the operational parts of our business and the industry we are in, then build your own strategy to get from €7M to €25M across B2B and D2C - Pick the growth levers that matter and turn them into market share - Represent Icetubs at industry events, with partners, in key relationships, and in public as our CEO
