For the European Medicines Agency (EMA), we are looking for a Quality & Risk Management Assistant to support the Agency’s Quality Management System, risk management activities and business continuity planning! What are you going to do? Role summary: As a Quality & Risk Management Assistant, you will support the coordination and continuous improvement of the Agency’s Integrated Quality and Risk Management system. You will contribute to quality assurance, risk management, audit activities and business continuity planning, ensuring that processes, documentation and risk controls are effectively maintained across the Agency. Standard role duties & responsibilities: - Support the coordination and maintenance of the Agency-wide Quality Management System (QMS); - Support risk management activities, including the annual risk register review and monitoring of risks and mitigation actions; - Maintain and update corporate risk registers, policies, procedures and controlled documents; - Support the collection, analysis and reporting of quality and risk indicators; - Coordinate corporate controlled documents, including policies, Executive Decisions and related publications; - Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities, including the Agency’s notification system; - Contribute to process management, internal control and continuous improvement activities; - Support the implementation and follow-up of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
