Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Senior Manager Enterprise Performance Management Role purpose: Lead enterprise performance management (EPM) strategy, governance, and execution to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across the organization. Core Responsibilities - Own EPM roadmap, operating model, and governance for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. - Partner with Finance, FP&A, IT, and business leaders to define requirements and deliver scalable EPM solutions. - Drive process standardization, KPI frameworks, and performance analytics to improve business outcomes. - Lead EPM system implementations and enhancements (e.g., consolidation, planning, reporting), including data models and integrations. - Ensure data quality, controls, and compliance across financial and operational reporting. - Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and change management; communicate status and outcomes to executives. - Develop and mentor a high-performing team; manage vendors and external partners as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications - EPM expertise in planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and performance reporting. - Systems and data : experience with EPM platforms, ERP integrations, data governance, and analytics/BI. - Leadership : proven ability to lead cross-functional programs, influence stakeholders, and manage teams. - Business acumen : strong finance/FP&A knowledge, KPI design, and executive-level communication. - Delivery...
