Share your talents As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will help shape the future of learning at Rituals and define how colleagues grow, learn and perform throughout their journey with us. As part of our Learning and Development team within the Talent, Learning and Leadership department, you will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with strong execution. You will shape the vision and roadmap for key learning priorities, with a strong focus on onboarding, future skills, talent development and the future of learning. You will evolve our global onboarding approach to create a consistent experience that builds connection and accelerates productivity from day one. At the same time, you will help move learning beyond traditional programs towards experiences that are embedded in the flow of work. You will explore how AI, digital solutions and new ways of learning can strengthen capability building and create more relevant, scalable and impactful development experiences. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will translate business priorities and future capability needs into learning strategies that help our people, and Rituals, continue to grow.
