Description Your goal As Global Workplace Manager, you are responsible for shaping and driving the international workplace strategy of Marktlink. In this role you will translate our brand, culture and growth ambitions into inspiring workplaces across Europe, ensuring every office delivers a consistent experience while supporting our people and business. From defining workplace standards to opening new offices and leading facility innovation, you ensure every Marktlink location delivers a consistent, high-quality experience while continuously improving the way we work. You will be creating the foundation for the next phase of our European growth by establishing standards and policies, while maintaining the flexibility and entrepreneurial elements that shape Marktlink's unique culture.
