Purpose of Role Reporting to the Director, Benefits and working in close partnership with the HR Director, EMEA, the Benefits Lead, EMEA will serve as the regional subject matter expert and strategic partner for the design, implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Under Armour's Total Rewards programs across the EMEA region. The Benefits Lead will help drive the regional Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with Under Armour's global rewards philosophy while adapting programs to local market conditions, regulatory requirements and business needs. This role will be responsible for benefits, compensation and global mobility programs across EMEA and will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant and scalable reward solutions that support attraction, retention and engagement of talent.
