You will act as the bridge between suppliers and the business to drive efficiency, automation, and data quality improvements. Description Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of EDI processes across the supplier network. - Lead the onboarding of new and existing suppliers onto EDI platforms and workflows. - Actively engage with suppliers to explain EDI requirements, benefits, and implementation steps. - Manage supplier onboarding projects from initiation through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. - Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers during the transition from manual/PDF processes to EDI-based communication. - Provide technical and functional guidance throughout onboarding and implementation activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues during both testing and production phases. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment and successful implementatio...
