You will join the Digital Transformation team of HEINEKEN Global Procurement, an exciting team that delivers high impact projects, at the intersection of business and technology, to the full global procurement organization. The Digital Transformation team is part of the Procurement Enablement department. This department ensures that procurement colleagues in 70+ countries are equipped with efficient processes, clear standards & controls, and high-end data and technology. In this role, you will drive the enablement of Procurement initiatives across HEINEKEN's global procurement landscape, leveraging data and technology to deliver structured, high-impact transformation. You will work closely with Category teams,Digital & Technology, Operating Companies, and Suppliers, to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects, ensuring consistent execution and sustainable value creation across the Source-to-Pay processes and in category specific domains. As a key connector across functions and geographies, you will bring structure, governance and momentum to digital transformation initiatives, supporting HEINEKEN's ambition to build a more efficient, data-driven and future-ready procurement organization.
