Finance Specialist Presence At Your.Online strategic growth and value creation are central to an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. As a Finance Specialist, you play a key role in the financial onboarding, integration, and professionalization of newly acquired companies (Opcos) within the Presence segment. The Presence segment provides its customers the tools and infrastructure to build and grow their online identity, with a focus on webhosting, email, and domains. In a changing landscape with rapid developments in the field of AI, it's crucial to stay ahead of the curve and continue offering value to customers. You will contribute to the further development and optimization of our segment portfolio of 15+ companies in Europe and North America. Your work will ensure that newly acquired companies are integrated and professionalized swiftly, laying a solid foundation for accurate reporting, sound decision-making, and sustainable value creation. The role in our strategy Your.Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the Group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. As a serial acquirer building toward long-term value creation and IPO readiness, the Group depends on finance specialists to turn each newly acquired company into a well-controlled, scalable part of the portfolio. In this role you are the bridge between Group standards and local execution, embedding structure and discipline without eroding the entrepreneurial autonomy that makes each Opco successful.
