Partner with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance. Key responsibilities - Own financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. - Deliver timely monthly/quarterly/annual close, management reporting, and variance analysis. - Oversee accounting operations, cash flow management, treasury, and working capital optimization. - Maintain robust internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management processes. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax requirements, and statutory filings. - Provide commercial insights on pricing, unit economics, and investment decisions. - Lead and develop the finance team; improve processes, systems, and automation. - Manage stakeholder relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors. Required skills and experience - Proven senior finance leadership experience, including team management. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. - Expertise in cash management, controls, and audit/compliance practices. - Advanced financial modeling and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. - Experience with ERP/accounting systems and process improvement. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills....
