As our IT Lead, you are responsible for shaping and executing technology plans, IT policies, and standards that support Zoku's long-term objectives. Using performance metrics and service insights, you drive continuous improvement across our technology landscape while ensuring effective IT governance, security controls, and compliance with relevant requirements. You own the IT roadmap, budget, and software licence landscape, balancing cost-efficiency, business value, and continuous technology enhancement. Rather than running day-to-day IT support, you make sure our guest and operations experience the best IT environment by managing the relationship and performance of our managed service provider (MSP) and technology partners, ensuring technology solutions effectively support the business. In addition, you lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of digital tools, ensuring our technology investments remain scalable, future-ready, and aligned with Zoku's growth ambitions.
