Hoofddorp, North Holland, Netherlands Product Designer (AI First) Build AI-driven marketplace experiences at scale At Striive, we are evolving from a structured services platform into a modular, intelligence-driven marketplace. That shift changes how professionals find work, how partners set up and deliver services, and how decisions are made across the platform. We are looking for a Product Designer who can help guide that transition. This role lies at the intersection of product strategy, behavioral design, discovery, and AI-powered user experiences. You will work across both sides of a two-sided marketplace and translate complex product challenges into validated experiences with measurable impact. As the platform expands internationally, several challenges are becoming increasingly significant: - Reducing complexity in decision-making processes - Enabling scalable partner self-service and configuration tools - Improving conversion, activation, retention, and operational efficiency - Integrating AI into workflows in ways that users actually trust and adopt The purpose of this role is to turn those challenges into validated product improvements. This is a role that is heavily focused on discovery. Before building solutions, you help define and validate what should be built. We value experimentation, behavioral evidence, and measurable learning over assumptions or hierarchy. - Lightweight concepts and mockups to test assumptions early on - Clickable prototypes to test behavior before development - Rapid experiments to reduce product and delivery risks Scope of work You are responsible for end-to-end product design within a two-sided marketplace environment.
