Senior Supply Chain Specialist | Temporary Our client is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to manage day-to-day supply chain operations, optimize order management, and drive strong delivery performance across its partner network. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy orderbook, monitoring supply chain performance, and ensuring efficient product flow from planning through delivery. You will work closely with internal commercial, logistics, transportation, and distribution teams, as well as external partners and supply chain stakeholders. You will contribute to seasonal planning, support financial and operational objectives, and use data-driven insights to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The role requires a proactive professional who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve supply chain processes and ways of working. - Understand partner requirements, service expectations, and operational needs, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnerships. - Manage and monitor the orderbook to support optimal inventory flow and on-time delivery performance. - Conduct operational reviews, orderbook audits, and process workshops to improve partner ordering behavior and supply chain efficiency. - Collaborate with internal supply chain, commercial, logistics, transportation, and distribution teams to optimize end-to-end processes. - Monitor key supply chain KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations based on performance data. - Support delivery and shipment planning by providing insights and coordinating closely with internal and external supply chain stakeholders. - Develop and maintain standard reporting for in-season order tracking and forward-looking supply chain visibility. - Contribute to seasonal planning and help ensure operational plans are aligned with financial and business objectives. - ...
