Digital Transformation in Engineering and Maintenance: - Contribute to the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors, predictive analytics, and digital twins for maintenance and equipment monitoring. - Collaborate on integrating new digital tools and software into maintenance workflows, enhancing real-time decision-making. - Assist in the rollout and training of staff on digital platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization. Engineering and Technical Assistance: - Participate in plant modifications, upgrades, and new installations, incorporating digital solutions for enhanced system performance. - Assist in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Work with the team on infrastructure improvement projects to support continuous production excellence.
