Working closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, and project teams, you will coordinate site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in substations, utilities, electrical infrastructure, or EPC projects. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily construction activities for HV substation and electrical infrastructure works. - Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards. - Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues, and support delivery against project schedules. - Coordinate engineering changes, technical requirements, and construction interfaces. - Manage site logistics, resource allocation, material deliveries, and equipment availability. - Maintain project documentation, site records, and progress reports. - Act as a key interface between site teams, engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, and client representatives. - Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Profile & Technical Skills - Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. - 3-5 years of experience within HV substations, power transmission & distribution, utilities, or electrical infrastructure projects. - Experience coordinating site activities, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams within EPC or construction environments. - Good understanding of HV substation construction, engineering interfaces, and project execution...
