Engineering Team Lead Ceco Aarding Nunspeet 36 - 40 uur The Engineering Team Lead oversees a small team of engineers responsible for mechanical design and project coordination within the Exhaust product group. The role serves as the central point of contact for engineering activities, ensuring technical quality, team performance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position combines hands‑on engineering expertise with people leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional coordination. The Team Lead reports to the Director of Engineering.
