As an Assembly Technician for Internal Component Assembly, you will be responsible for assembling the complete internal components of transformers. The focus will be primarily on the electrical parts. You will place winding sets over the core, seal the core with sheet metal plates, and assemble the core into a sturdy construction using steel bands. You also connect electrical wiring and make connections with switches, grommets, and other electrical conductors. During the work, you carry out quality checks together with your team, engineering, and technical specialists. Only when everything has been properly checked will the interior be released for the next step in the production process. You work in a 3-shift schedule. This means no two days are the same, and together with your colleagues, you are responsible for a smooth and safe assembly process.
