Education & Events About Congress Officer | 36 - 40 hours a week Are you seeking a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in event organising? Are you ready to take on the challenge to coordinate an event for over 12,000 delegates in Amsterdam? Then look no further! Congress Officer 36 - 40 hours a week Preferred start date: September 2026, until April 2027. What will you do? Your main responsibility will be assisting in processing all congress registrations for participants attending EAU27. You will check data, confirm registrations, answer questions, see to payments, solve problems etc. You will also help with preparations for the congress by: packing the congress supplies and help out other departments with their preparations. It is essential that you are physically present in Amsterdam during the period from 19 March until 22 March 2027, where you will be stationed at a registration desk within our registration area. What do you bring?
