What will you be doing? At DO IT Organic, customer satisfaction starts with seamless execution. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating customer orders, responding to customer inquiries and working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure the best possible customer experience. What makes this role unique is the variety: you'll work with customers across different markets, a broad product portfolio and colleagues from nearly every department within DO IT Organic. Your key responsibilities include: - Process and confirm customer orders received through email, webshop and internal systems. - Ensure orders are executed according to commercial agreements, customer requirements and internal logistics processes. - Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure a smooth order flow. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. - Support customers with documentation, credit notes and administrative requests. - Identify potential issues and proactively contribute to solutions. - Help improve processes, communication and custom...
