As an Assembly Worker, you'll ensure the right parts end up in the right place while orders come in and the schedule is tightly coordinated. Sometimes, this means quickly addressing a returned product that needs rework; other times, it means precisely assembling components that will later contribute to global medical mobility. As an Assembly Worker, you are responsible for the careful assembly of prosthetic feet within the distribution center. You work according to established procedures and quality guidelines, ensuring that each product meets the high standards required. During your workday, you will process daily orders within the established schedule and ensure that everything is handled on time and correctly. When products are returned after being used by the customer, you will carefully check and process them so they can be reintegrated into the process. You will also actively contribute to improving the quality and productivity within the department. In practice, this means that one moment you are working focused at an assembly station, and the next you are collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow. You report to the Supervisor and work a day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility being important.
