Location Waalwijk Sector Distribution Employment type Full-time What will you do? As a Production Worker, you play an important role in the production process. You will weigh products, inspect them for quality, and ensure they are packaged correctly, both manually and with the help of packaging machines. You will also be responsible for assembling, sealing, and shrink-wrapping packaging, while supporting fulfillment activities for a variety of customers. In addition, you will carry out basic production tasks, such as replacing rolls of packaging film, and keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. Thanks to your dedication, the production process runs smoothly every day. The offer What We Offer - A gross hourly wage of €14.99; - Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre; - Opportunities to work overtime during weekends; - A full-time position (40 hours per week) in a fixed day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; - Career growth opportunities, including the chance to progress to an Operator role. Job requirements What We're Looking For - Previous experience as a Production Worker is preferred, ideally within the food manufacturing industry; - Good command of the English language; - Available to work full-time (40 hours per week); - Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods; - Accurate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
